Achieve excellence as a developing manager.

This highly interactive six-day programme is designed to enhance your existing management skills. We will help you develop new competencies within a framework of identified essential skills. At the end of this course, the participants will be able to

Develop personal skills you need to deliver communications with clarity and impact
Learn how to influence stakeholders through collaboration across functions, motivate others and develop your own management style

This programme is for you if you are a developing manager and would like to enhance your management skillset. It is also ideal as a next step for people who have completed First time Managers (previously frontline managers) at IMI.
