One of the challenges of the consolidation of management practices around hybrid working has been driving ccountability in individuals and the teams they are on. This workshop emphasises the significance of responsibility at all organisational levels. Participants will learn to identify root causes of poor accountability,
implement effective strategies, and foster a culture of ownership, outcomes which lead to improved performance, transparency, and trust within their organisation.

Jonathan worked at LinkedIn’s international HQ for over a decade, starting as a Senior Learning & Development Consultant and later becoming Director of Learning & Development for EMEA and LATAM. Previously, he ran HR consulting businesses in Sydney and Dublin and held key roles at O2 Telecommunications (now 3 Ireland), Watson Wyatt, and PwC Management Consulting.
