Our fourth workshop in our 2016 series of CPD Workshops for Managers kicks of on Tuesday December 6th, with a session on A Practical Guide to Ethical Leadership led by Ros O’Shea, IMI Associate Faculty and Colm Foster, Director of Executive Education at IMI . 

Ros and Colm will explore the case for integrity-based leadership. Outlining the personal characteristics and skills needed to lead with integrity and moral courage as well as the best practice building blocks to support a framework for ethical leadership within the organisation, this session will equip you with an “ethical leadership toolbox”
to take back to your organisation
