Risks and Opportunities for the Human-AI Age: Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic

This session will discuss how the AI age is impacting work and life, explaining AI’s potential benefits for business and society, as well as ethical dilemmas and risks. Through a series of practical examples and case studies, it will draw from behavioral sciences and business psychology to equip attendees with evidence-based thinking around AI for HR, leadership, and business, and challenge mainstream assumptions and preconceptions about AI’s impact on society.

Dr. Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic is the Chief Innovation Officer at ManpowerGroup, Professor of Business Psychology at University College London and Columbia University, co-founder of deepersignals.com, and an associate at Harvard’s Entrepreneurial Finance Lab. He is the author of 12 books, including Why Do So Many Incompetent Men Become Leaders? (and How to Fix It). His latest book is I, Human: AI, Automation, and the Quest to Reclaim What Makes Us Unique.
