The workshops for this programme will take place on June 24th and 25th, 2025, at the IMI Dublin Campus.

This programme will be delivered by Jaime McGrane. He has worked with senior leaders for over 15 years, through coaching, developing talent and leadership capability. He has worked in various industry sectors, including 11 years in the fast-paced technology sector, where he worked as Director for Leadership Development, and Senior Director for Global Training.

He is particularly curious about the obstacles to improving the individual’s and team’s performance within organisations, and seeks the matching strategies to elevate organisational performance. He brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to the programme.

Upon programme completion, you will receive an e-certificate specifying the learning hours undertaken.
