Course Overview

The gender pay gap and the underrepresentation of women in leadership positions remain critical challenges for organisations in Ireland. The Advancing Women in Leadership short programme was created to empower mid-to-senior-level female professionals with the skills, confidence, and strategic network needed to thrive in today’s workplace.

Through a blend of immersive workshops, practical seminars, and a powerful peer-to-peer support network, you’ll gain not only critical skills in resilience, emotional intelligence, and negotiation, but also the lifelong advantage of a trusted cohort of allies and advocates who will support you well beyond the programme’s end.

This isn’t just a course; it’s a transformative experience designed to help you reshape your career trajectory and grow into the leader you aspire to be. By joining, you’ll become part of an influential network of female leaders who share your drive to excel and your commitment to supporting one another. These are contacts for life—a powerful support system of peers who will inspire and uplift you every step of the way.
